Will my listing show up if I don't claim it?
Yes. Every public golf course in Hilton Head Island is already on the directory — this isn't a pay-to-be-listed setup. Claiming unlocks the interactive panels (specials, events, tee times) so you control what shows there.
What does the greyed-out panel mean on my listing?
Each course card has an Owner Tools panel with three slots: Specials, Events, Tee Times. Unclaimed courses show those slots greyed out with a "Claim this listing" prompt. Claiming activates the slots and lets you fill them in.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your owner dashboard or by emailing us. Your listing stays on the directory — it just reverts to the greyed-out state.
Who owns the customer when they book a tee time?
You do. Your tee-time link goes straight to your booking system. HERE doesn't take a cut and doesn't capture the customer's information.
Do you offer bulk pricing for course groups or management companies?
Yes — 3+ courses qualify for a discount. Mention it in the notes field below and we'll send terms.
What if my course is missing from the directory entirely?
Use the "Did We Miss a Course?" form on the main golf page first. Once we add the listing, you can claim it the same day.
