Sample ballots and county office contacts are posted through the South Carolina Election Commission. County voter registration offices handle local polling locations and hours.
The November ballot includes statewide races for governor and U.S. Senate plus local referendums across more than 20 counties that ask voters about penny sales taxes and capital projects for schools, jails and other facilities.
Officials urge voters to confirm their assigned early-voting site before traveling, because hours and locations vary by county even though the statewide window is the same.
