Cuvaious Nujorie Foster, a 21-year-old former employee of Parkers #36 in Bluffton, has been charged with several counts of lottery fraud. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division announced the details after a probe initiated by the South Carolina Education Lottery. Foster allegedly tampered with instant scratch-off tickets obtained fraudulently from her workplace between September 3 and October 2, 2024. She has been booked at the Beaufort County Detention Center, and her case will be prosecuted by the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
