The Bluffton Police Department’s 5th Annual Safety Spooktacular will kick off on October 24 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Oscar Frazier Park. Exciting Race Event
On November 2, the Sea Pines Resort will host the 2025 Hilton Head Half & Quarter Marathon & 5K event, beginning at 8 a.m. Runners can choose from three distances: a half marathon (13.1 miles), a quarter marathon (6.55 miles), and a 5K (3.1 miles). The race will commence at The Sea Pines Beach Club, with parking and shuttle services available for participants.
Pre-registration fees for the race are set at $80 for the half marathon, $70 for the quarter marathon, and $40 for the 5K, with prices increasing after September. Participants can pick up their race packets on November 1 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. or on race day starting at 6:30 a.m. Importantly, there is no gate fee to enter Sea Pines on race day; clearance will be provided for runners and their families. Proceeds from the race will aid the Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation and Turtle Trackers of Hilton Head.
Living History Festival
On November 8, the 2nd Annual “Under the Ancient Oaks” Living History Festival & Oyster Roast will be held at the historic Heyward House, benefiting the Historic Bluffton Foundation. This engaging festival will feature demonstrations from military and civilian reenactors, blacksmithing, cooking demonstrations, and live music throughout the day. While the daytime festival is free for the public, the oyster roast later in the evening will be a ticketed fundraiser event starting at 6 p.m.
Christmas Community Event
