Women’s Golf Set to Compete at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate
Hilton Head Island, S.C. – The University of Alabama women’s golf team is gearing up to compete at the prestigious Darius Rucker Intercollegiate hosted by South Carolina. The three-day, 54-hole event will take place at the Long Cove Club in Hilton Head Island, S.C., from March 4-6.
Alabama’s Strong Presence
This will be the Crimson Tide’s 12th appearance at the tournament, showcasing their consistent competitiveness in the field of women’s collegiate golf. The team will kick off the event teeing off on Monday morning at 8:20 a.m. CT, alongside Ohio State on hole No. 1. Golf enthusiasts can catch live coverage of the tournament on the Golf Channel from March 4-6, airing from 1:30-4:30 p.m. CT each day.
The Lineup
The Alabama roster for the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate will include standout players such as Sarah Edwards, Taylor Kehoe, Elina Sinz, Kaitlyn Schroeder, and Mattie Frick. Additionally, Harriet Lockley will participate in the event as an individual competitor.
