Bluffton, S.C. — Lucy Beckham is among the new additions to South Carolina’s high school football Top 50 in the Week 9 Rivals Composite used by Four Quarter Friday, giving the Bluffton-area program a statewide ranking foothold as region play continues.

Dutch Fork sits at No. 1 at 7-0 in that composite, with Northwestern, Dorman and unbeaten James Island close behind and South Pointe completing the first five. Oceanside Collegiate leads the next group at No. 26.

High School On SI’s separate Top 25 likewise frames the home stretch with three weeks remaining and only a handful of teams still chasing perfection, keeping Lowcountry programs in the statewide conversation.

The composite additions of Greenville and Lucy Beckham show movement outside the first 25 as schools jockey for playoff seeding and regional bragging rights through October.

Local fans can track Lucy Beckham alongside Hilton Head Island and May River schedules through the final regular-season Fridays, with region standings still unsettled with three weeks to go.
